固定化酶又称固相酶,是20世纪60年代伴随着酶工程研究发展起来的一种酶应用新技术,是将可溶性的生物酶用物理或化学方法束缚或限制于固体材料上,使之成为不可溶但仍具有其专属酶活性的状态,用于溶液中的各种酶催化反应。
Immobilized enzyme is also called the solid-phase enzyme,with the development of enzyme engineering in 1960s, which is a newtechnology of enzyme application. It is to bind or restrict soluble enzyme tosolid material by physical or chemical methods ,so that it becomes insoluble but still has itsexclusive enzyme activity, which is used for various enzyme catalytic reactionsin solution.
